INCLUDED ACTIVITIES

Included in your ticket is 4-days of music and entertainment, walk-in camping, beach access (great swimming), stand up paddle boards, water slide, inner tube slide, disc golf course, beach volleyball court, hiking trails and access to over 82 acres of the Tico Time Riverside Resort. Included activities are first come first serve.

TICKETS

You will need to pre-purchase a 4-day festival pass, or a single day pass. All sales are final. Event is Rain or Shine.

REFUND POLICY: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided. In the case of a cancellation, all tickets will be valid on the rescheduled date. Refunds will be issued if a rescheduled date does not take place within 180 days..

Please beware of ticket bots and other scams. The only way to ensure authenticity is to purchase from this website.

I can not find my ticket – what should I do? 

Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder in your email. If you still can’t find it, contact support@tixr.freshdesk.com.

I purchased tickets through a 3rd party, a friend, or someone on Facebook. How do I know they are valid passes? 

We can only guarantee ticket validity for purchases made through our official ticketing vendor, Tixr or Eventbrite. Therefore, we highly encourage you to NOT purchase through any 3rd party.

FESTIVAL HOURS

Thursday, May 11 – Sun, May 14, 2023

Gates open and camping begins Thursday May 11, 2023 at 9 AM

Box office hours 9 AM- 9 PM daily

Scheduled programming begins 2 PM Thursday

Gates close Monday, May 15, 10 AM *Everyone must depart, unless you’re staying for Rise & Vibes Festival the following weekend.

WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE?

The weather is lovely at this time of year, with the average temperature low of 46F and a high of 77F. However, please come prepared for any weather conditions. This includes intense sun, heat, rain, and wind. The show happens, rain or shine!

CAMPING

Camping in Tamarindo area requires a Car Camping pass.
Walk-in Tent Camping in the Magical Forest is included with your festival pass. No cars are allowed in the Magical Forest camping area. We can shuttle  your gear, or it is a 5-7 minute walk from the parking lot. 

BATHROOMS & SHOWERS

Ample permanent and temporary well serviced bathrooms will be available in the campground areas. Some showers will be available for a TBD fee.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Quality food and beverage vendors will be available throughout the event. There will be a focus on healthy and organic options, with vegan and vegetarian offerings. Potable drinking water is available for all attendees. Bring your own water bottles and storage containers.

ALCOHOL

No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted in the concert bowl (Main Stage area).
A wide selection of alcoholic beverages will be served in the beer garden near the concert bowl area. Please do not consume excessive amounts of alcohol, and keep your friends and family safe.

WATER PLAY & RESORT AMENITIES

Stand Up Paddle Boards, inner tubes, kayaks and rafts are “first come, first serve” and available at the pond beaches.

FAMILY FRIENDLY

TICO TIME Bluegrass Festival is a family friendly event. The venue is very safe, however children should be supervised by their parent or legal guardian at all times, especial in and around the water. There are many fun activities for all ages to enjoy!

DOGS & OTHER PETS

No dogs or any other pets are allowed during music festivals, unless they are legitimate service animals with legal paperwork. In that case, please be sure to keep them leashed and pick up their waste, and me mindful of their behavior around others.

WAIVER

All attendees must sign a waiver before entering the festival grounds. By signing your waiver before you arrive, you save yourself 30-60 minute wait at the gate. Save yourself time and sign your waiver in advance.

FESTIVAL POLICIES

• Treat all with respect

• No refunds. This is a rain or shine event.

• All tickets must be exchanged for a wristband, which must be worn on your wrist at all times.

• No glass

• No weapons of any kind.

• No unapproved vending.

• No unapproved amplified music.

• No unapproved drones, or video taping.

• Attendees must obey all Federal, State, and County Laws.

• Bluegrass Festival and Tico Time Resort are not responsible for loss, damages, or personal injury.

• All attendees and participants must sign the Tico Time waiver.

• Anyone found breaking the code of conduct may have their wristband cut and be asked to leave the property. Together we make this a safe, fun family friendly event. Don’t be “that guy”!
